Another way in which work will be impactful -- at least until my regular shift starts.

Next week, Harmonix gives us the "Scene Pack". What is included in this wonderous offering? Well in truth, apart from a copy/paste, I can't actually tell you. YouTube is down right now. Which sucks, because I wanted to see the Mythbusters cameo on CSI last night. But you don't care about that. I'll add vids later when YouTube goes back up.

The "Scene Pack" is:

  • "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" by Fallout Boy (master)

  • "Date with the Night" by Yeah Yeah Yeahs (master)

  • "It Hurts" by Angels & Airwaves (master)

I've not heard any of these songs, and I've never heard of Angels & Airwaves at all. Not sure if these will get getters for us or not; it'll almost certainly be down to the vids released with the charts. At least they're not-classic, so the people clamoring for more modern tracks can stop whining for about ten seconds. Theoretically.

Each song is $1.99/MS160, or $5.49/MS440 for the pack.

Oh, and if you didn't get anything last week, you might really want to reconsider those Mother Hips tracks. They're actually very awesome. (No time for videos right now sadly, but I can see about doing them next weekend.)

Sure, don't we all. But to be fair, two weeks ago was the Judas Priest album which was all 1982.

Maybe not the '80s you're looking for, but that's the love/hate, yeah?

I rather enjoyed the Blondie song from a couple weeks ago. I'm not so sure my friends do, but hey, they're the ones who make me sing.

"Call Me" is awesome. The whole thing is a blast to play.

I recommend any Yeah Yeah Yeahs tracks. Suprised Maps isn't out yet (or is it?).

Maps is one of the songs that comes with the game.

Cameo
It was great! It's on Video on demand so if you have starter or above you can watch it anytime. I saw it last night. Do you want details, or would you rather wait for U tube? :)

Re: Cameo
Aw, thanks. YouTube actually came up right as I was leaving for work so I managed to see it, along with the Discovery Boomdeeada thing. I heart Discovery. :)
